Terms & Conditions

Welcome to PrinTrade (the “Platform”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who we are

PrinTrade is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of 3D-printed objects and related custom services. The operator’s identification and contact details are provided on our Contact page.

2. Nature of the service

The Platform is a venue that lets sellers publish listings and lets buyers discover and contact sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. Payments, delivery, invoicing and after-sales are arranged directly between the parties, outside the Platform. We do not take custody of items or funds and do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or accuracy of any listing.

3. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Seller obligations

  • Listings must be accurate, lawful, and describe items you actually offer.
  • You must have the right to sell the item and to use any images and text you upload.
  • Prices and any material conditions must be clearly stated.
  • You must comply with applicable consumer-protection, tax and e-commerce laws.

5. Prohibited content & conduct

You agree not to publish, sell or attempt to sell, or otherwise use the Platform for:

  • Illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or restricted goods (including weapons and their functional parts).
  • Content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
  • Hateful, defamatory, harassing, obscene or otherwise unlawful content.
  • Spam, scams, misleading claims, or manipulation of ratings and reviews.
  • Malware, scraping, or any attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.

6. Reviews & messaging

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Messages exchanged through the Platform must be respectful and lawful. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Content you provide

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Platform. You are responsible for the content you publish.

8. Reporting & moderation

Users can report listings they believe violate these Terms or the law using the Report this listing function. In line with the EU Digital Services Act, we operate a notice-and-action procedure: reports are reviewed by our moderation team, which may remove listings, restrict accounts, or take other proportionate measures. 9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the law, or where necessary to protect users or the Platform. You may close your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for disputes, losses or damages arising from transactions between users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

11. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
