PrinTrade is a community of makers, buyers and enthusiasts. These guidelines keep the marketplace safe, honest and useful. They apply alongside our Terms & Conditions.

1. Be honest

• List only items you can actually provide, and describe them accurately.
• Use real photos and truthful prices, materials and dimensions.
• Don't manipulate ratings, reviews or search results.

2. Be respectful

• No harassment, hate speech, threats or discrimination.
• Keep messages and reviews civil — critique the item, not the person.
• Respect other people's privacy; don't share personal data.

3. Keep it legal

• No illegal, counterfeit, stolen or restricted goods (including weapons and functional weapon parts).
• Respect intellectual-property rights — don't sell copies of others' designs without permission.
• Follow applicable consumer-protection, tax and e-commerce laws.

4. No spam or scams

• No bulk-posting, misleading listings, phishing, or off-platform payment scams.
• Don't use the messaging system to send unsolicited advertising.

5. Report problems

If you see a listing that breaks these rules, use the Report this listing button. Our moderators review reports and may remove content, or restrict or suspend accounts, as described in our Terms. You can also reach us via the Contact page.

6. Enforcement

Violations may lead to content removal, listing archival, or account suspension, depending on severity and history. We aim to be fair and proportionate, and to give notice where appropriate.
