How it works
Two ways to get a 3D print
Buy a finished print from a seller's catalogue, or describe something custom and let makers quote for the job. PrinTrade records what was agreed in either case — it never takes or holds payment, so buyer and seller settle directly between themselves.
Marketplace
Buy a print that already exists.
Browse finished prints
Filter the catalogue by material, colour, dimensions or print time to find exactly the piece you want.
Order from the seller
Give a delivery address and quantity. Nothing is charged — placing an order records the agreement and notifies the seller.
The seller confirms and ships
They confirm your order, quote delivery, print it and ship it. Track it through Placed → Confirmed → In production → Shipped → Delivered.
Pay the seller directly, then review
PrinTrade records the order; it does not process payment. Arrange that with the seller, then leave a review once it arrives.
Custom projects
Commission something that doesn't exist yet.
Post what you need
Describe your part — material, dimensions, quantity and deadline — as a custom project request.
Makers respond with quotes
Independent makers send a price and lead time. You are notified for each one.
Compare and accept one
Review offers side by side, message makers, and accept the quote that fits best.
They make and ship it
Work is arranged directly with the maker. When it is done, leave a review.
